Calculate Patch Size by adding length plus width and dividing by 2.

Pricing Includes:

• 6 thread colors embroidered on a standard twill backing.
• 1 color merrowed or stitched border. Please specify preference on order.
• Custom shape.

Options:

• For iron-on or peel-and-stick backing, add .06 (A) per square inch. Iron-on backing not recommended for garments that will be washed.
• For plasticized backing for added rigidity, add .06 (A) per square inch.
• For metallic or florescent thread, add 20%.
• For additional thread colors, add .10 (A).
• Woven, felt, reflective, metallic, and printed patches are also available. Please call for a custom quote on these items.

Pre-Production Samples:

• 60.00 (G) plus set-up charge. Sample charge refunded if order is placed. Overnight shipping charges apply. Add 2 weeks to delivery time.

Delivery:

• 4 weeks from approval of pre-pro sample or artwork. Rush service is available.
• Shipping weight is approximately 5 lbs per 500 4" emblems.
