ARTWORK – ORDERS
Emailed electronic art in vector format (Adobe Illustrator (.ai & .eps) is preferred. Please convert all text to outlines before sending. If at 300 dpi, .jpg, .bmp, .tif, .gif and .pdf files may be acceptable, however some processes may incur additional cost if vector artwork is not provided. Please e-mail artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com and fax a printed copy of artwork with purchase order. Please indicate actual PMS colors. Artwork can be created from your sketch or components at 50.00 (G) per hour.
ARTWORK - VIRTUAL SAMPLES - Win more orders!
Available at no charge for any semi-custom item (e.g. lanyards, wristbands, stock ornaments, caps and travel). A virtual rendering of any fully custom item (including pins, coins, medallions, charms, key tags, bookmarks and soft rubber), will be billed at 24.00 (G) per image. This fee will be waived if request for a fully-custom virtual sample is accompanied by a purchase order for the actual product in catalog minimum quantity or greater.
ARTWORK - COLORS
Enamel colors are slightly glossy after curing. Thus when choosing PMS colors, use the Solid Pantone Colors for "coated stock" or "C" colors. These achieve the best match. We cannot guarantee an accurate match when "uncoated stock" ("U") colors are used.
Cancellation or change to an order in process will be charged according to costs incurred at the time of cancellation or change. For rush service, once the order has been acknowledged and artwork has been sent to the factory, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.
All prices, terms of sale, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval by BizPins and are not binding until accepted. BizPins retains the right to refuse any order at any time.

COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS
We assume that customers have permission to use all trademarks, logos, and designs sent to us. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.
DIE, MOLD, AND SETUP CHARGES
Die charges are for labor only. Dies remain in our possession for customer use only. Please refer to the appropriate product listing for any related die charges. Dies are kept on file for two years. A new die must be created for re-orders outside of this time frame.

Standard thickness for die struck pins is 1.3mm; for etched and printed pins, 0.8mm. Heavier gauge metal is available upon request. Add 10% for each 0.2 mm.
On front or back, add .40 (G).
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS AND PAPER PROOFS
We require that all order confirmations and paper proofs be signed and returned via fax or email before production of your order can begin. Delay in returning these documents will affect the shipping time of the order.
BizPins ships over 99% of orders with the exact quantity. However, since all items are custom manufactured, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under quantity ordered and bill accordingly.
Pre-production samples are available for most items and ship within two weeks. If the item is not ordered within two months, a charge will be billed if it has not been pre-paid. Pre-production samples are required on orders over 5,000 pieces and recommended for all orders.
We reserve the right to use all products produced in our advertising and display unless advised in writing at time of order.
We would be happy to assist you with pricing for catalog and non-catalog items. To ensure that we can provide you with an accurate quote, please provide a copy of your artwork via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
RANDOM SAMPLES AND CATALOG REQUESTS
All random sample requests must be made in writing and can be submitted by fax or e-mail (to firstname.lastname@example.org). Due to the custom nature of our products, random samples may be in limited supply. Random samples will be sent via US Mail at no charge. For alternate delivery services please provide a distributor shipper number. We reserve the right to limit the number of samples and catalogs sent.
Goods may not be returned without our written authorization. All return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.
Rush service is available for many items in our catalog at an additional cost, pending factory approval. Once a rush order has been acknowledged and artwork has been sent to the factory, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.
We make police, fire and other service badges. Please call for a quotation.
F.O.B. Illinois by ground unless otherwise specified. For drop/split shipments add 4.00 (G) per address.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders are NET 30 days with approved credit. BizPins, Inc may require prepay on first time orders. All invoices paid outside of terms will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% per month (18.00% annually) or at the highest rate allowed by law. BizPins, Inc. reserves the right to assess a convenience fee for credit card use.
BizPins is known in the industry for the highest quality standards and performs periodic quality tests on its products. Because of the custom nature of the items offered, BizPins also offers testing for individual orders by a USA certified lab for an additional fee. California Proposition 65 warning messages are available on product packages intended for use in California at a small additional fee, please call for details.
New federal regulations require that soft rubber and vinyl items intended for use by children 12 and under must be free from phthalates. Therefore, please carefully consider the age of the end user when ordering any items made from soft rubber and vinyl. Phthalate free soft rubber and vinyl is available for an additional 20% charge. Be safe and order phthalate free for all these items.
